   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsections 10(2), 12(1), 12(4) and 15(1) of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation Act, appoints Roderick Keith MacLeod of Calgary, Alberta, to be Chairperson of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, on agreement by the provincial government, effective August 17, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu des paragraphes 10(2), 12(1), 12(4) et 15(1) de la Loi de mise en œuvre de l’Accord Canada–Nouvelle-Écosse des hydrocarbures extracôtiers, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Roderick Keith MacLeod, de Calgary (Alberta), président de l’Office Canada–Nouvelle-Écosse des hydrocarbures extracôtiers, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de six ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe et en accord avec le gouvernement provincial, à compter du 17 août 2015.
