His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, fixes the remuneration of Salvatore (Sam) Barone, Vice-Chairperson and member of the Canadian Transportation Agency, for the period he is acting as Chairperson of the Canadian Transportation Agency, at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ-9 ($264,000 - $310,500) commencing on February 12, 2015, and which salary is within the range GCQ-9 ($265,300 - $312,100) commencing on April 1, 2015, until such time as he is no longer required to act as Chairperson of the Canadian Transportation Agency.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe la rémunération de Salvatore (Sam) Barone, vice-président et membre de l’Office des transports du Canada, pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de président de l’Office des transports du Canada, conformément à l ’ annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ-9 (264 000 $ - 310 500 $) commençant le 12 février 2015, et lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ-9 (265 300 $ - 312 100 $) commençant le 1^er avril 2015, jusqu’à ce qu’il n’est plus nécessaire pour lui d’agir à titre de président de l’Office des transports du Canada.
