   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport:

(a)  pursuant to sections 3 and 6 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, reappoints John Badowski of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending July 29, 2020, effective January 1, 2019;

(b)  pursuant to section 4 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, designates John Badowski as Chairperson of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada for a term ending July 29, 2020; and

(c)  pursuant to section 7 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, fixes his remuneration at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($174,700 - $205,500).

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu des articles 3 et 6 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, renouvelle le mandat de John Badowski, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseiller à temps plein du Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, à titre inamovible, pour une période se terminant le 29 juillet 2020, à compter du 1^er janvier 2019;

b)  en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, désigne John Badowski, président du Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada pour une période se terminant le 29 juillet 2020;

c)  en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (174 700 $ - 205 500 $).
