   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 3 of the National Energy Board Act, appoints Steven Kelly of Calgary, Alberta, to be a member of the National Energy Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of seven years, on a full-time basis.
