   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 3 of the National Energy Board Act, appoints Keith Chaulk of Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a member of the National Energy Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of seven years, on a full-time basis, and fixes certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, effective November 23, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Keith Chaulk, de Goose Bay (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), membre de l’Office national de l’énergie, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de sept ans, à temps plein, et fixe certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, à compter du 23 novembre 2015.
