   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 14(1) of the Canadian High Arctic Research Station Act, appoints David Scott of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Canadian High Arctic Research Station, to hold office during pleasure, on a full-time basis, for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GC 6 ($148,900 - $175,100), effective August 10, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 14(1) de la Loi sur la Station canadienne de recherche dans l’Extrême-Arctique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme David Scott, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président de la Station canadienne de recherche dans l’Extrême-Arctique, à titre amovible à temps plein, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GC 6 (148 900 $ - 175 100 $), à compter du 10 août 2015.
