His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 117 of the National Energy Board Act and section 4 of the National Energy Board Act Part VI (Oil and Gas) Regulations, approves the issuance by the National Energy Board to Oregon LNG Marketing Company, LLC, of Licence GL-308, substantially in the form annexed.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’article 117 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie et de l’article 4 du Règlement de l’Office national de l’énergie concernant le gaz et le pétrole (partie VI de la Loi), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la délivrance, par l’Office national de l’énergie à Oregon LNG Marketing Company, LLC, de la licence GL-308, conforme en substance au texte ci-après.
