His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, makes the annexed Order Amending Certain Orders Respecting the Indian Residential Schools Truth and Reconciliation Commission pursuant to

(a) subsection 3.2(2) of the Access to Information Act;

(b) paragraph 29(e) of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act;

(c) paragraph 11(2)(a) of the Financial Administration Act;

(d) subsection 3.1(2) of the Privacy Act; and

(e) paragraph (b) of the definition “deputy head” in subsection 2(1) of the Public Service Employment Act.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Décret modifiant certains décrets pris à l’égard de la Commission de vérité et de réconciliation relative aux pensionnats indiens, ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 3.2(2) de la Loi sur l’accès à l’information;

b) de l’alinéa 29e) de la Loi sur le Service canadien du renseignement de sécurité;

c) de l’alinéa 11(2)a) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques;

d) du paragraphe 3.1(2) de la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels;

e) de l’alinéa b) de la définition de « administrateur général » au paragraphe 2(1) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique.
