His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Department of Transport Act and paragraph 127.1(1)(b) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Jean-François Tremblay of Ottawa, Ontario, to be concurrently Deputy Minister of Transport and Deputy Head of the Office of Infrastructure of Canada, to be styled Deputy Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($219,100 - $257,700), effective July 20, 2015.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le ministère des Transports et de l’alinéa 127.1(1)b) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Jean-François Tremblay, d’Ottawa (Ontario), concurremment aux postes de sous-ministre des Transports et d’administrateur général du Bureau de l’infrastructure du Canada, devant porter le titre de sous-ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (219 100 $ - 257 700 $), à compter du 20 juillet 2015.
