His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Canada Border Services Agency Act, appoints Linda Lizotte-MacPherson of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Canada Border Services Agency, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($245,400 - $288,600), effective July 6, 2015.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Linda Lizotte-MacPherson, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de présidente de l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (245 400 $ - 288 600 $), à compter du 6 juillet 2015.
