His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 61(1)(b) of the Public Service Superannuation Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Supplementary Death Benefit Regulations.

Sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 61(1)b) de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les prestations supplémentaires de décès, ci-après.
