The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Janice leMaistre, Associate Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of Manitoba, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba.
