The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Jennifer Ann Pfuetzner, a Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Jennifer Ann Pfuetzner, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Manitoba, soit nommée juge d’appel de la Cour d’appel du Manitoba, et juge d’office de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Manitoba.
