The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Eva Petras, a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the District of Montréal, in the Province of Quebec, be appointed Associate Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Quebec, effective June 30, 2015.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Eva Petras, juge de la Cour supérieure pour le disctrict de Montréal, dans la province de Québec, soit nommée juge en chef adjointe de la Cour supérieure du Québec, à compter du 30 juin 2015.
