The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Jacques Robert Fournier, Associate Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Quebec, be appointed Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Quebec, effective June 30, 2015.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Jacques Robert Fournier, juge en chef adjoint de la Cour supérieure du Québec, soit nommé juge en chef de la Cour supérieure du Québec, à compter du 30 juin 2015.
