The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Marie-Josée Hogue, of the City of Montréal, in the Province of Quebec, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Province of Quebec, with residence in the territory of Ville de Montréal or in the immediate vicinity thereof.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Marie-Josée Hogue, de la ville de Montréal dans la province de Québec, avocate, soit nommée juge de la Cour d’appel de la province de Québec, avec résidence sur le territoire de la Ville de Montréal, ou dans le voisinage immédiat de ce territoire.
