The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that letters patent under the Great Seal of Canada be issued appointing E. Susan Elliott, of the City of Kingston, in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, a Judge of the Federal Court, and a member ex officio of the Federal Court of Appeal.
