   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, pursuant to section 4 of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board Act, appoints Hélène Gosselin of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a part-time member of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years.

   Sur recommandation du leader du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Hélène Gosselin, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans.
