   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 3 of the National Aboriginal Economic Development Board Order, appoints Darlene Bernard, O.P.E.I., of Lennox Island, Prince Edward Island, to be a member of the National Aboriginal Economic Development Board, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
