   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the acting Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Robert Paul Savage of Hamilton, Ontario, to be a director of the Hamilton Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Lloyd Allen Root.

   Sur recommandation du ministre suppléant des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Robert Paul Savage, de Hamilton (Ontario), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Hamilton, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Lloyd Allen Root.
