   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Denise Clair Ghanam of Windsor, Ontario, to be a director of the Windsor Port Authority, to hold office for a term of two years, in the place of Al Santing, effective June 27, 2015.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Denise Clair Ghanam, de Windsor (Ontario), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire de Windsor, pour un mandat de deux ans, en remplacement d’Al Santing, à compter du 27 juin 2015.
