   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4) and (5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Raymond Raphael of Toronto, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Income Security Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective October 26, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4) et (5) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Raymond Raphael, de Toronto (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de la sécurité du revenu, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, à compter du 26 octobre 2015.
