   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to section 15 of the Canada Revenue Agency Act, appoints Todd J. McCarthy of Whitby, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Management of the Canada Revenue Agency, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
