   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, reappoints Ray Castelli of North Vancouver, British Columbia, as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Commercial Corporation to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($310 - $375) and an annual retainer within the range ($8,000 - $9,400), effective December 14, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur la Corporation commerciale canadienne, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Ray Castelli, de North Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), président du conseil d’administration de la Corporation commerciale canadienne, à titre amovible, pour une période de quatre ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (310 $ - 375 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (8 000 $ - 9 400 $), à compter du 14 décembre 2015.
