 His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, designates Noeline Sujithra Paul of Thornhill, Ontario, a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (Toronto Regional Office), to be Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (Toronto Regional Office), for a term ending August 31, 2017.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil choisit Noeline Sujithra Paul, de Thornhill (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié du Canada (Bureau régional de Toronto), comme vice-présidente adjointe de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié du Canada (Bureau régional de Toronto), pour un mandat se terminant le 31 août 2017.
