Whereas the Administrator of the Government

of Saskatchewan, the Honourable Robert G. Richards, Chief Justice of Saskatchewan, will be unable to act from June 28 to

July 26, 2015, inclusive, and from August 1 to August 31, 2015, inclusive, and it is therefore necessary that other persons be appointed Administrator for those periods;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 67 of the Constitution Act, 1867,

(a) terminates the appointment of the Honourable

Robert G. Richards as Administrator of the Government

of Saskatchewan, effective June 28 2015;

(b) appoints the Honourable Ralph K. Ottenbreit to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective June 28, 2015;

(c) terminates the appointment of the Honourable

Ralph K. Ottenbreit as Administrator of the Government

of Saskatchewan, effective July 27, 2015;

(d) appoints the Honourable Robert G. Richards to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective July 27, 2015;

(e) terminates the appointment of the Honourable

Robert G. Richards as Administrator of the Government

of Saskatchewan, effective August 1, 2015;

(f) appoints the Honourable Peter A. Whitmore to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective August 1, 2015;

(g) terminates the appointment of the Honourable

Peter A. Whitmore as Administrator of the Government

of Saskatchewan, effective August 16, 2015;

(h) appoints the Honourable Neal W. Caldwell to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective August 16, 2015;

(i) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Neal W. Caldwell as Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, effective

September 1, 2015; and

(j) appoints the Honourable Robert G. Richards to be Administrator of the Government of Saskatchewan, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective September 1, 2015.

Attendu que l’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, l'honorable Robert G. Richards, juge en chef de la Saskatchewan, ne sera pas en mesure de remplir ses fonctions du

28 juin au 26 juillet 2015 et du 1^er au 31 août 2015 et qu’il est donc nécessaire que d’autres personnes soient nommées administrateurs pour ces périodes,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre

du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 67 de la Loi constitutionnelle de 1867, Son Excellence le Gouverneur

général en conseil :

a) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Robert G. Richards au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 28 juin 2015;

b) nomme l’honorable Ralph K. Ottenbreit à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 28 juin 2015;

c) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Ralph K. Ottenbreit au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 27 juillet 2015;

d) nomme l’honorable Robert G. Richards à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 27 juillet 2015;

e) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Robert G. Richards au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 1er août 2015;

f) nomme l’honorable Peter A. Whitmore à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet

le 1^er août 2015;

g) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Peter A. Whitmore au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 16 août 2015;

h) nomme l’honorable Neal W. Caldwell à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet

le 16 août 2015;

i) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Neal W. Caldwell au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, avec prise d’effet le 1^er septembre 2015;

j) nomme l’honorable Robert G. Richards à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de la Saskatchewan afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de la Saskatchewan durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet

le 1^er septembre 2015.
