   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsection 3(2) and paragraph 3(4)(c) of the National Capital Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Employment and Social Development of Carol Loughrey, O.C., of Fredericton, New Brunswick, to be a member of the Board of Directors of the National Capital Commission, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Eric D. MacKenzie, effective July 1, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu du paragraphe 3(2) et de l’alinéa 3(4)c) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social de Carol Loughrey, O.C., de Fredericton (Nouveau-Brunswick), commissaire du conseil d’administration de la Commission de la capitale nationale à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement d’Eric D. MacKenzie, à compter du 1^er juillet 2015.
