His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant two options to extend for five years each, commencing on July 1, 2017 and July 1, 2022 respectively, the existing five-year lease with 1201870 Ontario Inc. operating as Social Restaurant and Lounge to occupy the property located at 533-539 Sussex Drive in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, de deux options de prolongation pour une période de cinq ans chacune, commençant les 1^er juillet 2017 et 2022, du bail de cinq ans en cours avec 1201870 Ontario Inc. faisant affaire sous le nom de Social Restaurant and Lounge, concernant la propriété située aux 533-539, promenade Sussex à Ottawa, dont la délimitation figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
