His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant two options to extend for five years each, commencing on July 1^st, 2017 and July 1^st, 2022 respectively, the existing five-year lease with 2257670 Ontario Inc. operating as Sidedoor Contemporary Kitchen and Bar to occupy the property located at 12-18 York Street in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, de deux options de prolongation pour une période de cinq ans chacune, commençant les 1^er juillet 2017 et 2022, du bail de cinq ans en cours avec 2257670 Ontario Inc. faisant affaire sous le nom de Sidedoor Contemporary Kitchen and Bar, concernant la propriété située au 12-18, rue York à Ottawa, dont la délimitation figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
