His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Public Service Commission, pursuant to subsections 35(4) and (5) of the Public Service Employment Act, makes the annexed Order Amending the Designation of Certain Portions of the Public Service Order.
