The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Andrew M. Mahar, a judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories.

The Committee further advises that the Honourable Andrew M. Mahar be appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal for the Northwest Territories, a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Yukon and a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Nunavut.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Andrew M. Mahar, un juge de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, soit nommé juge de la Cour suprême des Territoires du Nord-Ouest.

Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que l’honorable Andrew M. Mahar soit nommé juge de la Cour d’appel des Territoires du Nord-Ouest, juge de la Cour d’appel du Yukon et juge de la Cour d’appel du Nunavut.
