His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to subsection 234(2) of the National Defence Act, appoints the following judges as Judges of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada:

(a)   the Honourable Yvan Roy of the Federal Court;

(b)  the Honourable Cecily Y. Strickland of the Federal Court;

(c)  the Honourable Peter B. Annis of the Federal Court;

(d)  the Honourable Glennys L. McVeigh of the Federal Court;

(e)  the Honourable René LeBlanc of the Federal Court;

(f)  the Honourable Martine St-Louis of the Federal Court;

(g)  the Honourable George R. Locke of the Federal Court;

(h)  the Honourable Henry S. Brown of the Federal Court;

(i)  the Honourable Keith M. Boswell of the Federal Court; and

(j)  the Honourable Alan Diner of the Federal Court.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu du paragraphe 234(2) de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme les juges ci-après à titre de juges de la Cour d’appel de la cour martiale du Canada :

a)   l’honorable Yvan Roy de la Cour fédérale;
