                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2003-14, hereby appoints Diane Vincent of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($153,000 - $180,100), effective July 2, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2003-14 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Diane Vincent, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre délégué de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (153 000 $ - 180 100 $), à compter du 2 juillet 2003.
