   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Gillian Gail Kirk of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Ridley Terminals Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of David F.H. Parker.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre des Transports de Gillian Gail Kirk, de Port Coquitlam (Colombie-Britannique), administratrice du conseil d’administration de Ridley Terminals Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de David F.H. Parker.
