   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsections 48.1(1), 48.2(1) and 48.4(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act, appoints Ronald H. MacMillan, Q.C. of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, to be a part-time member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu des paragraphes 48.1(1), 48.2(1) et 48.4(1) de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Ronald H. MacMillan, c.r., de Charlottetown (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal canadien des droits de la personne à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans.
