   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation Act, reappoints Rubin Friedman of Ottawa, Ontario, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, on a part-time basis.
