   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration:

(a)  pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints Maryanne Kingma of Calgary, Alberta, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (Vancouver Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years; and

(b)  pursuant to subsection 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, designates Maryanne Kingma to be Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (Vancouver Regional Office);

effective August 4, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, nomme Maryanne Kingma, de Calgary (Alberta), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié du Canada (Bureau régional de Vancouver), à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans;

b)  en vertu du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, choisit Maryanne Kingma comme vice-présidente adjointe de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié du Canada (Bureau régional de Vancouver);

à compter du 4 août 2015.
