   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 26(1) of the Citizenship Act, appoints Trang Nguyen of Richmond, British Columbia, to be a citizenship judge on a full-time basis for a term ending November 6, 2016.
