His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, makes the annexed Order Amending the Representational Gifts Remission Order and Repealing Order in Council P.C. 88/2969.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, prend le Décret modifiant le décret de remise sur les présents officiels et abrogeant le décret C.P. 88/2969, ci-après.
