His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 15(1.1) of the Canada Student Financial Assistance Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canada Student Financial Assistance Regulations.
