His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 46(2.1) of the Strengthening Canadian Citizenship Act, chapter 22 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, fixes the day on which this Order is made as the day on which subsections 7(1) and (2), section 8, subsection 9(1), section 14, subsection 19(2), section 21, subsection 24(5.1) and sections 42 and 43 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 46(2.1) de la Loi renforçant la citoyenneté canadienne, chapitre 22 des Lois du Canada (2014), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe à la date de prise du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 7(1) et (2), de l’article 8, du paragraphe 9(1), de l’article 14, du paragraphe 19(2), de l’article 21, du paragraphe 24(5.1) et des articles 42 et 43 de cette loi.
