Whereas the Honourable Réjean F. Paul, a Judge of the Superior Court of Quebec, died on January 10, 2015, while holding that office;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to section 44 of the Judges Act, grants an annuity of $100,266.66 to Nicole Houle, survivor of the Honourable Réjean F. Paul, to commence on January 11, 2015, and to continue during her life.

Attendu que l'honorable Réjean F. Paul, est décédé le 10 janvier 2015, alors qu’il occupait le poste de juge de la Cour supérieure du Québec,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l'article 44 de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil accorde, à titre viager, une pension annuelle de 100 266,66 $ à Nicole Houle, survivante de l’honorable Réjean F. Paul, payable à compter du 11 janvier 2015.
