His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to accept, on behalf of Canada, that the Amendments to Appendices I and II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, adopted at Bangkok, from 3 to 14 March 2013, be binding on Canada.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci à accepter, au nom du Canada, que le Canada soit lié par les Amendements aux annexes I et II de la Convention sur le commerce international des espèces de faune et de flore sauvages menacées d’extinction, adoptés à Bangkok du 3 au 14 mars 2013.
