His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, sets apart, for the use and benefit of the Odanak First Nation, as an addition to Odanak Indian Reserve No. 12 in Quebec, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 11.8009 hectares (29.1607 acres), excluding mines and minerals.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la Première Nation d’Odanak à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne d’Odanak n° 12, au Québec, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 11,8009 hectares (29,1607 acres), mines et minéraux exclus.
