The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Marie-Claude Blais, of the City of Moncton, in the Province of New Brunswick, one of Her Majesty’s counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick (Trial Division), and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Marie-Claude Blais, de la ville de Moncton dans la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, l’une des conseillères juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommée juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Nouveau-Brunswick (Division de première instance), et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel du Nouveau-Brunswick.
