His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to paragraph 3(2)(a) and subsections 5(1) and 5(3) of the Competition Tribunal Act, re-appoints the Honourable Paul S. Crampton of Ottawa, Ontario, a Judge of the Federal Court, as a member of the Competition Tribunal, to hold office for a term of seven years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’alinéa 3(2)a) et des paragraphes 5(1) et 5(3) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de l’honorable Paul S. Crampton, d’Ottawa (Ontario), juge de la Cour fédérale, à titre de membre du Tribunal de la concurrence pour une période de sept ans.
