                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable Peter D. Lowry, juge de la Cour suprême de la Colombie-Britannique, soit nommé juge d'appel à la Cour d'appel de la Colombie-Britannique, à compter du 30 juin 2003.

                     Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que ledit Peter D. Lowry soit nommé juge d'appel à la Cour d'appel pour le territoire du Yukon.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that the Honourable Peter D. Lowry, a Judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, be appointed a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia, effective June 30, 2003.

                     The Committee further advise that the said Peter D. Lowry be appointed a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for the Yukon Territory.
