His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement Between Canada and the Republic of Vanuatu for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Joe Oliver, Minister of Finance, or Lynne Yelich, Minister of State to assist the Minister of Foreign Affairs, or Charles Reeves, Deputy High Commissioner for Canada to the Commonwealth of Australia, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Vanuatu for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République de Vanuatu sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Joe Oliver, ministre des Finances, ou Lynne Yelich, ministre d’État déléguée auprès du ministre des Affaires étrangères, ou Charles Reeves, haut-commissaire adjoint du Canada auprès du Commonwealth d’Australie, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République de Vanuatu sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale.
