Whereas the Administrator of the Government of Ontario, the Honourable George R. Strathy, Chief Justice of Ontario, will be unable to act from April 27 to May 1, 2015, inclusive, and it is therefore necessary that other persons be appointed Administrator for that period;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 67 of the Constitution Act, 1867,

(a) repeals paragraphs (m) to (p) of Order in Council P.C. 2015-0337 of March 24, 2015;

(b) terminates the appointment of the Honourable George R. Strathy as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective April 27, 2015;

(c) appoints the Honourable Peter D. Lauwers to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective April 27, 2015;

(d) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Peter D. Lauwers as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective April 28, 2015;

(e) appoints the Honourable Kathryn N. Feldman to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective April 28, 2015;

(f) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Kathryn N. Feldman as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective May 1, 2015;

(g) appoints the Honourable Peter D. Lauwers to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective May 1, 2015;

(h) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Peter D. Lauwers as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective May 2, 2015; and

(i) appoints the Honourable George R. Strathy to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective May 2, 2015.

Attendu que l’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, l’honorable George R. Strathy, juge en chef de l’Ontario, ne sera pas en mesure de remplir ses fonctions du 27 avril au 1^er mai 2015 et qu’il est donc nécessaire que d’autres personnes soient nommées administrateurs pour cette période,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 67 de la Loi constitutionnelle de 1867, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) abroge les alinéas m) à p) du décret C.P. 2015-0337 du 24 mars 2015;

b) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable George R. Strathy au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 27 avril 2015;

c) nomme l’honorable Peter D. Lauwers à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 27 avril 2015;

d) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Peter D. Lauwers au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 28 avril 2015;

e) nomme l’honorable Kathryn N. Feldman à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’elle remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 28 avril 2015;

f) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Kathryn N. Feldman au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 1^er mai 2015;

g) nomme l’honorable Peter D. Lauwers à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 1^er mai 2015;

h) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Peter D. Lauwers au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 2 mai 2015;

i) nomme l’honorable George R. Strathy à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 2 mai 2015.
