   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Export Development Act, approves the appointment by the Minister for International Trade of Robert McLeese of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Donald A. MacLeod.
